As commercial landlord you have to form a business. The costs for the notary, including all additional incurring fees, run up to about 2.500–3.000 euros. After that your business has to be registered with the local authority responsible, as well as the chamber of commerce. Moreover, you also need an expert’s report on the structural safety regulations of the property you want to rent out. The costs amount to roughly 1.500 euros.
