Occupied property

Immobile occupato

If a property is put on the market and labelled “occupato”, this means that currently a tenancy agreement exists for this property or that the property has been allowed to be used by a third party for a certain period. As it is often very difficult, occasionally even impossible, to prematurely end existing tenancy agreements or other agreements on the use of the property, “occupied properties” normally lose about 30 % of their market value.
